The Pilates class is run on Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You can use a tablet or laptop on its own or a laptop connected to the television to provide a bigger picture.
Antonella Mcmillin, a qualified Pilates instructor, takes one hour “Senior Pilates” sessions, on Tuesdays at 12:00 and Fridays at 9:50. These classes are shared with others including members of other Probus clubs. These classes are very good to keep your body flexible and the muscles toned but at a pace to be safe for older participants. There are other classes she does as well such as Body Conditioning.
